Returns & Exchange Policy

We want all of our customers to be happy with our products! If you are unhappy with a product, you may exchange or return it for store credit within 14 days.

To a return a product that is less than 20% consumed, mail it back to Floralogic within 14 days with the original receipt or invoice. We will credit your account minus original shipping fees.

To exchange a product that is less than 20% consumed, mail it back to Floralogic within 14 days with the original receipt or invoice. We'll contact you to initiate the exchange.

All returns and exchanges should be shipped to:

Please note:

• We cannot accept any return on products which have been 20% consumed.
• If you don't have your original invoice, make sure to include your name and shipping address as you believe it appeared on the invoice.
• Send your package via an insured and prepaid method such as USPS.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
